01 — DRINKING

You do not need to completely stop drinking to work with me, but you must be fully committed to making alcohol an insignificant part of your life.

02 — COACHING

Coaching is a collaboration that facilitates positive change from where you are now to where you want to be. Coaching is not therapy or counseling. Coaching focuses on where you are right now and the path forward.

03 — MY APPROACH

I provide a judgement-free space to talk through your concerns. Through conversation and questions, I help you examine subconscious beliefs about alcohol that are keeping you stuck. I help you uncover blind spots, gain clarity, and design alternate perspectives that can lead you to your desired outcome. Drawing upon my training, intuition, and my own life experiences I offer proven tactics and tools. You decide what resonates and we build a plan from there. I do not provide advice, but I will offer observations that will guide you towards your own conclusions. I believe everyone has the power within themselves to know what is best for them. I provide accountability and encouragement along your path. 

04 — LOGISTICS

We begin with a 6-week segment. We meet weekly via Zoom for 45-60 minutes. I provide session follow up notes and any resources or tactics we discussed via e-mail. You follow through on any commitments we discussed.  I am available for daily Marco Polo quick check-ins. Issues or concerns requiring more than 5 minutes will be handled in our regularly scheduled weekly calls. After our initial 6-week segment, you can continue to work with me for another six-week segment, or we can discuss a customized plan.
